A local couple, determined to stay in the neighborhood but feeling like they were butting up against the seams of their older, largely unrenovated small 2-bedroom home wanted to expand.  I had the pleasure of working with them to envision what they never thought was possible--a rework of the existing home with a rear extension and expansion of their existing space into a forever home.
